If you’re reading this, take it as your sign to check this place out! I’ve tried many different açaí bowl spots, but nothing comes close to -4 Degrees. First off, the portions are incredible. Unlike other places that sometimes hold back, this shop really makes sure you leave satisfied. The açaí itself is also a standout, it isn’t blended with ice like many other places do, which often waters down the flavor. Instead, the flavor here stays rich, sweet, and refreshing. Their fresh-cut fruit and high-quality ingredients make every bite even better, and I love that there’s such a wide variety of options to customize your bowl. The employees were also super kind and patient, even when I asked to make changes to my order. I went during busy hours, and while the wait was a little long (as expected), the staff still managed everything with kindness and professionalism. The environment was calm, welcoming, and very clean, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for an açaí bowl, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their rolled ice cream and shakes next!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. They only had two employees working, which resulted in an unreasonable wait time of nearly an hour just for ice cream. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and rude, responding with attitude when we asked about our order. When we decided we no longer wanted to wait and requested a refund, they refused because they said they are not allowed to give refunds and claimed there was no manager available for us to talk to. They even said their manager lived far away and wasn’t answering their calls. This lack of organization, customer service, and accountability is unacceptable. If I could give this place zero star, I would.

Very yummy, key lime pie didn’t really taste like key lime pie, but I still loved how it tasted. I also like how the place was nice and spacey. Menu was easy to read! Very clean! There’s cute photo opportunities here too! It’s rolled up ice cream, açaí bowls, & shakes! So check it out.

I went yesterday for the first time and we loved it! I love how they setup everything, the place looks clean and organized, the person that did our ice cream was very nice and the ice cream was delicious 🤤, I will be coming back and I recommend whoever has not try it, what are you waiting for?

Wow what an experience and what a great friendly service and most of all delicious ice cream!!! To start, the staff were super friendly and fun and funny! Secondly, the place was very clean and new... all furniture were clean and new! Thirdly, despite being a big group, they didn't panic and served us delicious ice cream exactly as described and huge portions for cheap price ($7 for the Large Roll-it cups with 2 toppings)!! Fourthly, the #2 Banana Graham Ice Cream is soooo delicious The #5 Smores ice cream were delicious as well and of course the oreo cookie monster is a amazing! I highly recommend and you will definitely enjoy the ice cream and environment! Enjoy!
